Aux Pays-Bas, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 automatiquement orient\u00e9 vers Suurmond pour la commande des r\u00e9acteurs et appareils p\u00e9riph\u00e9riques requis.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Le processus<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Des essais peuvent \u00eatre effectu\u00e9s de 0,5 \u00e0 10 litres avec le m\u00eame syst\u00e8me, dont les cuves de r\u00e9acteur peuvent \u00eatre chang\u00e9es rapidement. La temp\u00e9rature de service peut varier de -40 \u00e0 +250 \u00baC et la plage de pression va du vide complet \u00e0 +50 bars. L\u2019unit\u00e9 de dosage du gaz assure un contr\u00f4le pr\u00e9cis sur l\u2019\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne et le propyl\u00e8ne qui sont utilis\u00e9s pour les polym\u00e9risations. Par exemple, le fournisseur du thermostat a apport\u00e9 sa contribution en r\u00e9duisant les dimensions du syst\u00e8me. Ceci \u00e9tait n\u00e9cessaire du fait que la hotte aspirante avait une forme diff\u00e9rente de celle indiqu\u00e9e initialement.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>En outre, au sein de B\u00fcchi, des sp\u00e9cialistes du d\u00e9partement Autoclave et du d\u00e9partement Verre ont collabor\u00e9 afin de rendre ergonomique, s\u00fbr et efficace ce syst\u00e8me d\u2019essai sp\u00e9cial.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>R\u00e9sultat final<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette collaboration, une solution totalement sp\u00e9cifique au client a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e, compos\u00e9e de deux syst\u00e8mes dans lesquels le Pilotclave de type 3 occupe une place centrale. Celui-ci est combin\u00e9 avec un capteur pour la mesure volum\u00e9trique de la consommation de gaz, un logiciel et le thermostat.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>La solution est con\u00e7ue de telle mani\u00e8re que le client peut \u00e9changer simplement les cuves de r\u00e9acteur. Ceci gr\u00e2ce au montage du moteur de l\u2019agitateur sur le couvercle. Lors de l\u2019\u00e9change des cuves, cet assemblage peut rester fix\u00e9 en permanence et il est inutile de le d\u00e9monter. Afin de pouvoir d\u00e9saccoupler rapidement, de mani\u00e8re s\u00fbre et propre les cuves de r\u00e9acteur du thermostat, les tuyaux et les raccordements muraux sont munis d\u2019un raccord rapide Huber.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>La solution a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise en service en janvier 2017 et elle fonctionne parfaitement.
